Born in Eastern Germany I grew up in an industrial city in the Free State of Thuringia. After I finished school I studied architecture at the Bauhaus University in Weimar. There I learned, not just how to plan buildings, but also the main principles of composition, chromatics, and morphology. 2005 I attended an International educational exchanges program, which took me to Venice, Italy for one academic year. In 2008
I received my master degree in architecture. Since then I’m working in an architectural office in Berlin.
This painting brought tears to my eyes for the symbolic meaning of empty shoes. It's a very powerful piece!
AntwortenLöschenThank you very much Dana. I wanted to create a sense of silence through this painting, and I'm happy about interpretation!
